  • Adult dose for Rheumatoid Arthritis: 100 or 200 mg twice daily.
  • Adult dose for Familial Adenomatous Polyposis: 400 mg daily.
  • Pediatric dose for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis: 10 years old with 25 kg or less should take 50 mg orally two times a day. 10-year-olds with 50 kg or more can take 100 mg orally two times a day.
